Restless

Thomas Blanc is a corrupt French police lieutenant who learns overnight of his mother's death and faces an investigation within his department suspected of bribery. Late at night wanting to make it to the funeral home, he takes his eyes off the road and runs over a wanted criminal named Barcelo, who he hides in a trunk and then places in a coffin with his mother to cover up the murder. Soon a mysterious stranger contacts the policeman, claiming to know about his secret and resorting to blackmail.
