Downfall

The story is set in April 1945, when the Soviet Union pinned down the remnants of the Nazi army, forcing most of the officers to take refuge in a secret underground bunker. All the leaders of the Third Reich, including Adolf Hitler himself, were trapped, cut off from any support. However, the commander-in-chief does not accept retreat and decides to raze all of Germany to the ground, just so as not to give it to the enemy. Desperate and realizing that there is no way out, the dictator soon decides to commit suicide.
